All 1-1 well-being sessions last 1 hour.

Sessions start from £55 per session , this includes all resources and a work book/ Journal.

Online sessions are offered at a reduced rate of £40 per session.

Groups

Group support packages;

(Education provisions, Local councils & youth offending teams)

can be between 6-8 weeks (of up to 12 young people).
