Initial consultation
Initial consultations are free of charge and are organised as a telephone discussion with a parent/carer or young person.

1-1 tailored mental health support packages
One to one support can be carried out at home, school, college or at a local community centre in Salisbury.
I recommend sessions are carried out fortnightly for a minimum of 3 sessions. There is no time limit on support and plan can be taliored fully to suit the young person.
Fees
1-1
All 1-1 well-being sessions last between 45-55 minutes.
Sessions start from £55 per session and this includes all resources, a work book/ Journal.
Online sessions are offered at a reduced rate of £40 per session.

Groups
Group support packages;
(Education provisions, Local councils & youth offending teams)
can be between 6-8 weeks (of up to 12 young people). Packages start from £1,000,
