Welcome to Healthy Mind Happy Me, a dedicated service located in Wiltshire, specialising in mental health coaching for young people.

Mental well-being is as important to a young persons safety as their physical health. It can impact on all aspects of their life, including educational attainment, relationships and physical well-being.

Early help and intervention provide crucial support to enhance outcomes and prevent escalating needs or risks. Well-being coaching adapts a positive mindset, builds resilience, and boosts self-esteem.  â€‹

Mental health difficulties in young people are increasing at a rapid rate. Unfortunately, there has been a significant increase of young people struggling with their well-being as a direct impact of the COVID-19 pandemic

Early intervention, including promotion and prevention strategies, has the potential to produce the greatest impact on young people’s mental health and well-being by taking action before young people reach crisis. 

NICE recognised in 2022 that non-judgmental 'strengths-based' approaches support children and young people in developing their skills, resilience and self-worth.
